Cancel free before you approve your mockup

Every MOWMENT jersey is made to order, so the mockup proof is the point of no return. You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your mockup, and we refund you in full.

Once the mockup is approved

Approving the mockup locks your design and releases the order into production: fabric is cut, your names and numbers are set, and the kit is printed for you alone. From that point the order cannot be cancelled, and custom items printed with a name or number cannot be returned because you have changed your mind.

This is why we always send a proof first — please check the spelling of every name, every number, and your logo placement carefully before you approve it.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] or call +1 833-859-8161 with your order number and tell us you want to cancel. Do it before you reply to approve the mockup. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Changing an order instead of cancelling

Before approval you can change anything — colours, sizes, a name, a number, the quantity. Tell us what you want changed and we reissue the mockup at no cost. After approval the design is locked.

If we cancel

We may decline or cancel an order before production — for example if the artwork infringes someone else's rights, or if we cannot meet a deadline you have told us about. Where that happens you are refunded in full. See Intellectual Property Rights and Terms of service.

Refunds

Cancellation refunds go back to the original payment method. If your order has already arrived and something is wrong with it, that is a claim rather than a cancellation — contact us within 14 days of delivery and see Returns & exchanges.
