How long does my order take?
Every MOWMENT jersey is made to order — nothing is pulled off a shelf. Your kit is printed, cut, sewn and quality-checked after you approve the mockup.
- Mockup proof: 24–48 hours after you place your order
- Production + delivery: 7–10 business days from mockup approval
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Large team orders (50+ pieces) may add a few days — we will tell you the exact timeline before production starts.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120
- Flat-rate standard shipping under $120
- Express shipping available at checkout
- Worldwide shipping — duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. If your tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase it for you. See Order tracking for full detail.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but the reshipping cost is not covered.
