How long does my order take?
Every MOWMENT jersey is made to order — nothing is pulled off a shelf. We start production as soon as your design is prepared.
If you ask for a mockup proof, we send it free within 24–48 hours and wait for your approval before starting production.
- No proof requested: 5–10 business days processing + 7–10 business days shipping
- Proof requested: Free mockup within 24–48 hours + approval time + 5–10 business days processing from approval + 7–10 business days shipping
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Large team orders (50+ pieces) may add a few days — we will tell you the exact timeline before production starts.
Shipping costs
- United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $120; $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $120.
- International: Free standard shipping on orders over $150; $7.99 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $150.
- Worldwide shipping — duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility
Standard delivery is our only shipping speed. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is transit time only — it is the shipping window above (7–10 business days), which comes after processing, not inside it.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. If your tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase it for you. See Order tracking for full detail.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but the reshipping cost is not covered.
