What we collect
- Order data — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order contents
- Design data — the artwork, logos, team names, player names and numbers you supply
- Account data — email and a hashed password, if you create an account
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, via cookies and analytics
We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To produce and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only with your consent — to send marketing email.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider, our shipping carriers, and our IT and email service providers. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. Design files are kept so you can reorder, and are deleted on request. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the cart and checkout, plus analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will not work without the necessary ones.
