You own your artwork
The logos, crests, artwork and team marks you upload remain yours. Uploading them grants MOWMENT a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce them solely to produce your order — and, only if you give separate written permission, to show the finished kit in our portfolio.
You confirm you have the right to use it
When you upload artwork you confirm that you own it or hold a licence covering this use. If a third party claims otherwise, you agree to cover the resulting costs. We may ask you for proof of permission before printing a mark that appears to belong to someone else.
What we will not print
We decline orders reproducing, without documented authorisation:
- Professional league, club or national-team marks and kit designs — including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, FIFA and their member clubs
- College and university marks
- Registered trademarks, brand logos and commercial characters you do not own
- Another designer's artwork
A jersey in your own colours and your own design is always fine. A replica of a licensed professional kit is not.
Our own material
The MOWMENT name, logo, product photography, page copy and site design are our property and may not be reused without written permission.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe material on this store infringes your rights, email [email protected] with: a description of the work, the URL where it appears, proof of your ownership, and your contact details. We investigate every report and remove infringing material where the claim is substantiated.
