Terms of service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. These terms
By placing an order with MOWMENT Brand you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order — they cover how custom orders work, what you are responsible for, and the limits of our liability.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send your mockup proof and you approve it. We may decline an order — for example if the artwork infringes someone else's rights (see clause 5) or if we cannot meet a stated deadline.
3. Custom production
All items are made to order from your design. Approving the mockup is your final check. Once approved, the design is locked and production begins; the order cannot be changed or cancelled from that point. Names, numbers and spelling are reproduced exactly as they appear in the approved mockup.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes and import duties, which are calculated at checkout or charged on delivery. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Tiered team discounts apply automatically at 2+, 5+ and 10+ pieces.
5. Your artwork and IP warranty
You keep ownership of the artwork, logos and marks you upload. By uploading them you confirm that you own them or hold the necessary licence, and you grant us the limited right to reproduce them for the purpose of producing your order. You indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supplied. See Intellectual Property Rights.
6. Colour and finish
Sublimated colour can vary slightly between production runs and between fabric types, and screens render colour differently. Small variation is normal and is not a defect. If exact colour matching matters, request a physical sample before ordering.
7. Delivery
Timelines are set out in Shipping & delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.
8. Faults
Our commitments where an item is defective or does not match your approved mockup are set out in Returns & exchanges.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed fixtures or events.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
