User Agreement

Scope
This agreement covers your use of the MOWMENT website and design tools. It sits alongside our Terms of service, which cover purchases.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload artwork that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that depicts or targets a person without their consent
- Upload artwork you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to access another customer's account, order or design files
- Scrape, probe or overload the site, or bypass any security control
- Resell or redistribute our product photography, page copy or site code
We may suspend an account or refuse an order that breaches these rules.
Design tool output
Mockups generated in our design tool are a visual approximation for approval purposes. They are not a colour-accurate proof — see clause 6 of the Terms of service.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features, and we may update this agreement — the date at the top shows when it last changed.
