Ordering

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order a single jersey or a full roster at the same per-piece quality. Discounts start at 2 pieces.

Are there setup or artwork fees?

No setup fees, no plate charges, and no extra charge for names and numbers — they are included in the listed price.

Can I order one jersey now and more later?

Yes. We keep your approved design on file so a reorder matches the first batch. Just quote your original order number.

Design & artwork

What file format should I send my logo in?

Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a raster file, send the largest PNG you have (ideally 1000px or wider on the shortest side) with a transparent background.

Do I get to see it before it is made?

Always. We send a free mockup proof within 24–48 hours. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Can you copy a pro team's jersey?

No. We cannot reproduce licensed league, club, national-team or college marks without documented authorisation. A jersey inspired by those colours, in your own design, is completely fine — see Intellectual Property Rights.

Will the colour match exactly what I see on screen?

Close, but not guaranteed. Screens and fabrics render colour differently, and there is slight variation between production runs. If exact matching is critical, ask for a physical sample first.

Sizing

How do I size a whole team?

Ask us for the size chart for your chosen style, or request a sizing kit, before collecting sizes from players. Fit is the most common cause of reorders and this prevents it.

What fits do you offer?

Men's, women's, youth and kids' fits across most styles, generally S through 5XL depending on the style. Pet jerseys run XS to 5XL. Available sizes are listed on each product page.

Production & delivery

How long will my order take?

Mockup in 24–48 hours, then 7–10 business days from your approval to delivery. Very large orders may add a few days — we confirm the timeline before starting.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

When is shipping free?

On orders over $120. Full detail in Shipping & delivery.

Care

How do I wash a custom jersey?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry. Skip fabric softener and bleach. Sublimated graphics will not crack or fade, so the main risk to the garment is heat.

After the order

Can I return a custom jersey?

Custom made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once you have approved the mockup. If an item is defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or refund it at our cost — see Returns & exchanges.

Something is wrong with my order. What now?

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery, or call +1 833-859-8161. Most claims are resolved in two business days.
