Custom items are made for you

Because every MOWMENT jersey is produced to your own design, colours, names and numbers, we cannot resell a returned kit. For that reason custom orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once the mockup has been approved and production has begun.

This is also why we send you a mockup proof first — please check the spelling of every name, every number, and your logo placement carefully before approving it.

What we always put right

If any of the following happens, we will remake or refund the affected items at our cost:

• The item does not match the mockup you approved
• A manufacturing or print defect — cracked print, faulty stitching, a broken zip
• The wrong size or wrong item was shipped
• The parcel arrived damaged in transit

How to raise a claim

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Email [email protected] or call +1 833-859-8161. Most claims are resolved within two business days.

Sizing

Sizes are listed on every product page. If you are ordering for a whole team, ask us for a sizing kit or a size chart for that specific style before you order — it is the single best way to avoid fit problems on a large order.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your mockup. After approval, materials have been committed and the order cannot be cancelled. See our Cancellation policy for full detail.
